Ooooh thanks for reading my post! I have to tell somebody and you guys are the only ones who will be excited with me and for me! My other friends, parents and DH could care less really.

We are driving to AGPC in 22 days! When we check in to the hotel, I'm going to run up and sneak into our room and leave the purple AG Club backpack that I bought for Megan, on her bed, that she has been dreaming about for months! Inside will be her 'Day at American Girl Place package'...the AG money, the cd, the Chicago doll shirt, an invitation to her own birthday party (that will be just our family of 5), the photo session coupon and the tickets to the luncheon seating at the cafe.

Next morning, she'll awake to find Nellie with tickets in her hand, to the theatre performance as well as matching outfits (the Go Anywhere Outfit for the doll and matching outfit for Megan)!

Off to AGPC then back to the hotel at night.
The next morning, Nellie will have MORE tickets in her hand...to Nellie's birthday party tea at the cafe! And a special AG keepsake book too.

We will only be in Chicago & AGPC for 2 days, but it will be worth the drive. Then we're going to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge for 4 nights to check out the fall leaves and so some hiking. Hmmmmm...... do they have a hiking outfit for the dolls? [img]wink.gif[/img]

Thank you for letting me share my excitement! I just can't wait to surprise my little girl, who isn't so little anymore.
